We continue the dialogue until the perfect menu for your event is created. The number of guests is limited only by the complexity of the menu as I insist on creating every piece by hand.
- Cocktail Parties | “Celebrate the Journey” There is always a good excuse to throw a party! Call up your friends and let us put together some delicious, personalized hors d’oeuvres. Menus range from the traditional to the playful to the esoteric.
- Multi-Course Dinners | Host a three, four or five course meal in your home (or one of our beautiful venues). From the simple to the outrageous. We use only the highest-quality ingredients available and whenever possible our products are sourced locally.
- Wine Pairing | We can build a meal around a bottle or select the perfect wines to pair with your personalized menu. Consider hosting a Wine and Food pairing event with a local winemaker and treat your guests to a delicious, entertaining and informative evening.
- Classic to Cutting Edge | I always draw from my classical French Training but my food has very broad range. Many of the menus I write include never-before-done items and reinterpreted classics. Let me create a dish in your honour, it might become the next Oysters Rockefeller.
- Field to Plate | Embrace your inner ‘Localvore’ with a menu drawn from the very soil on which we live. I work closely with amazing, local farms, breweries and wineries. World class cuisine without world travelling ingredients.
